Where goods are accepted and damages found on later inspection, these damages must be notified as above within 3 working days of delivery.
If goods become faulty after sale to the end user, and within the warranty period, we will arrange to collect the goods from your premises at a mutually agreed time to both parties. All collections will be subject to a minimum credit value. Notification must be made to us as above.
We will credit in full goods returned not required, and notified to us within 3 days of receipt. All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to return to you any item not considered to be in re-saleable condition.
